Raju Khadka is not only the CEO of Nepal River Runner, but also a dedicated advocate for the promotion and development of rafting and related activities in Nepal. He currently serves as the Secretary of NARA (Nepal Rafting Agencies Association), an organization dedicated to the advancement of the rafting industry in Nepal. He has a proven track record of success, starting as an office boy and working his way up to an executive position.

As a finance student, Raju brings a unique blend of financial acumen and practical experience to his role as CEO. He has been involved with Nepal River Runner since its inception in 2011 and has played a key role in the company's financial deals and strategic planning. He is responsible for managing staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including website management and digital and social media marketing.

Chandra Bikram Khadka, Chief Kayaking Instructor

Chandra Khadka is a seasoned and accomplished tourism guide in Nepal with extensive experience in rafting, kayaking, and trekking. He has been an integral part of the rafting community in Nepal since his first days as a rafting guide in 2005. Over the years, Chandra has honed his skills through persistent and consistent efforts, always striving to improve and stay ahead of the curve. In addition to his impressive rafting and kayaking skills, Chandra is also highly educated, holding a master's degree in English Literature. Niranjan Rayamajhee, Safety Expert

Nirajan Rayamajhee is an experienced safety instructor and raft guide for Nepal River Runner, with over 15 years of experience in the field of white water river rafting safety and instruction. Hailing from Chyankle, Roshi rural municipality, he completed his intermediate degree in Education with a major in economics.

Nirajan is a certified International Rafting Federation (IRF) guide and judge with a class 4/5 rating. He has rafted extensively on all major government-sanctioned rivers in Nepal, as well as in Japan. His years of experience have given him a deep understanding of river safety and the technical aspects of rafting.

In addition to his role as a safety instructor and guide, Nirajan is actively involved in organizing various rafting-related activities, including the national championship of rafting and kayaking. He is also skilled in management and administrative tasks for the company, demonstrating his versatility and depth of knowledge in the industry.

Currently serving as the Chairperson of HRGAN, a rafting organization for river guides in Nepal, Nirajan is well-respected in the industry and has a friendly and amiable personality. He is always encouraging junior and nascent river guides to improve their technical and communication skills with clients and associates, and has a great grasp of these skills himself.

CM Tamang(Ram), Trip plannig expert

Ram Tamang is a seasoned professional in the tourism industry, with over three decades of experience. He began his journey in 1986, working in various sectors of the industry, including travel agencies, hotels, and restaurants. His passion for adventure and love for the great outdoors led him to obtain his trekking guide license in 1999, and since then, he has successfully led over ten trekking trips per year in popular trekking destinations in Nepal.

In 2011, Ram co-founded Nepal River Runner, a company that specializes in offering white-water rafting experiences to adventure seekers. He currently serves as the trip planner and logistic manager at Nepal River Runner, where his extensive knowledge of rafting and trekking destinations throughout Nepal has made him a valuable asset to the company. He is responsible for designing and planning trips, as well as overseeing the logistics of each trip.

Ram's position as a senior trekking sardar in sister company, Himalayan Challenge Treks, has further solidified his standing as a respected and trusted member of the trekking fraternity. His bold personality and extensive experience have earned him the title of "Trekking Sardaar", a high and esteemed position in the industry.

Hailing from the scenic town of Udayapur, Katari-2, Kamal Bahadur Magar is not just a river guide; he's a storyteller of Nepal's waterways. After successfully completing his SEE, Kamal ventured into the world of river guiding, earning his license in 2018. Since November 2017, he has been an integral part of Nepal River Runner Pvt. Ltd., navigating the rapids with finesse.
